The Project kick-off of SAP Business One system implementation took place at Gal-Oya Plantations premises with the participation of all the stakeholders on 4th November 2022.

Gal-Oya Plantations selected PBSS Group to implement SAP Business One ERP, the most sought-after ERP system to streamline business processes and enhance their digital transformation journey. A strict evaluation process was conducted when selecting the ERP Partner and PBSS Group managed to exceed the expectations by successfully meeting all their requirements. 

Galoya Plantation is owned by a consortium led by Brown & Company PLC and Lanka ORIX Leasing Company PLC, that entered into a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) with the Government of Sri Lanka with the aim of revitalizing the abandoned Hingurana sugar factory which was shut down in 1997. Since Gal- Oya was formed back in 2007, and since then the establishment has recorded the highest profits in history.
