"Perfect Care" is the support team of PBSS Group. As a software solution company, we identified the need of having a dedicated support team to serve our clients better. Having this in mind, Perfect Care Support Team was formed and today we have grown into a team with expertise in different products in different industry domains. The team consists of members with implementation backgrounds, finance, IT, etc enabling us to provide you with a better service every day.
It's a challenge to make the clients happy and we are in believe that we improve day by day.
Perfect Care operates with two models, namely Silver & GOLD plans where clients could choose either, based on the nature of their industry. Silver serves during weekdays from Monday to Friday whereas Gold serves 365 days 24 x 7. We operate via a ticket system where all the supports logged in, will be provided with a ticket number via CRM and tracking shall be based on this unique identification number. Certain support may take more than a day and the following ups take place based on the issued number. Our team support via telephone, online login, and visit.
Supports are categorized as normal medium and priority based on their nature of them and accordingly the support.
Once the implementation work is completed, those projects are transferred to the Perfect Care Support service with the required knowledge transfers.
