Perfect Business Solution Services (Pvt) Ltd (PBSS) 15 year service of excellence was rewarded with gold and silver awards at the recently concluded CNCI Achiever Awards 2017 and Entrepreneur of the Year awards ceremonies held in Colombo.

PBSS was established as a limited liability private company in January 2002 as an advance information technology solutions provider for Sri Lankan small business to large enterprises and has reached great heights in its 15 year journey setting many a mile stones in Sri Lanka’s IT landscape.

PBSS was recently awarded the gold award at the Ceylon National Chamber of Industries (CNCI) Achiever Awards in the SME category Service sector and was honoured with the silver award for National Medium category at Entrepreneur of the Year Award ceremony held recently in Colombo

Assessing the unprecedented wins for PBSS its Managing Director Madura Gamanayake opined that these awards further augment the stability, strength and sustainability that the organization espouses in the way it conducts its business.

“The secret behind the winning streak is quality and service. Our quality products and the excellent service we provide to our clients is the key. Day by day we are improving as a company in every aspect product wise and service wise and in our CSR activities,” he said.

Gamanayake said their Maldives and Dubai operations were going on very successfully and were planning to expand SAP products in the Dubai market next month. He said before April they would also start their operations in the Australian market initially starting with their own products such as the very popular HRM solutions and after that move into international brands as well.

Gamanayake elaborating on the companies rapid progress said after they started SAP Business One in the Sri Lankan market as a partner they managed to acquire big clients like J L Morison, Hemas Group, Freelan Enterprises, Watawala Dairies and several Nawaloka companies and they were now moving to big clients in the enterprise market with SAP Business One and their vertical solutions.

He said their client base in Sri Lanka has exceeded 500 now and their own product Perfect People HRM Solution which is total human recourse solution was gaining popularity and is being promoted overseas as well and they offer two different versions for the Moldavian and Dubai markets as they have different tax systems in the two respective countries.

The same product will be launched in the Australian market with modifications to suit the Australian market.

Gamanayake said PBSS’s modern office complex with an investment of over Rs 100 million is under construction in Peliyagoda and they plan to move in there before 2020.

Gamanayake however cautioned not to only consider the cost of the product or go for cheap products. “See the cost as well as quality and the quality implementation, the quality delivery and the quality service of the service provider when acquiring IT solutions for businesses.

Check the background of the service provider, their strength and experience and what sort of service they were capable of delivering to you.

You can get cheap products from the market but end of the day you can end up at a loss because your service provider will not exist or are not capable to support you in the long run,” he said.

PBSS has more than 80 plus consulting staff and with 15 years experience can deliver what the customer wants Gamanayake added.
